The weather
In a normal year, whatever that means, we would be picking grapes like crazy, people would be all over the vineyard, machines would be humming, and bees would be even louder… But not this year, this year it seems that the weather will just make everything very calm, slow, taking its time…

Harvest starts, sauvignon blanc from the fist block, the oldest vines in the property have matured.
From this grapes we will produce our premium Sauvignon Blanc.

Tapa Rosca...
Para Rafa que lo prometido es deuda…
Hoy en algun comentario del twitter se puso un estudio sobre el uso de taparosca vs Corcho natural, en el articulo el claro ganador era la tapa rosca… pero… pero… es la ley del monte? la respuesta un tremendo y resonante NO… por que? por que el tema es mucho mas complicado de lo que parece.
Es mejor la tapa rosca que el corcho? o...
