In a normal year, whatever that means, we would be picking grapes like crazy, people would be all over the vineyard, machines would be humming, and bees would be even louder… But not this year, this year it seems that the weather will just make everything very calm, slow, taking its time…

Sugar is slowly building up, seads are getting darker each day, vines look happy. Flavors are coming in.

In the winery, everything is moving slowly, fermentations are going slow but constant, this is a great year, gives time to make everything right and with patience, nothing is rushed so far.

Temperature is ranging between 25 and 35 celsius, so its just perfect weather.
